Margaret (Maggie) Ellen Wise (Cadman)

Margaret, known as Maggie, was born in 1894 in Foleshill.¹ Maggie's father was Joseph Matthew Wise and her mother was Sarah Ann Franks (Wise). Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Wise and Esther Collyer (Wise); her maternal grandparents were William Franks and Mary Fallons (Franks Midwinter). She had four brothers and six sisters, named Harry, Arthur, Hubert, Joseph, Sarah, Margaret, Annie, Lydia, Esther and Olive. She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children.
